I've lived here some 05. It is a small community. Great for seniors and children. Not a lot of crime. If you think you won't be accepted if you don't do drugs, that's not true at all. They hate all people equally. ;)
This is the worst city I have ever visited. People are hateful and nosy. If you don't smoke pot or sell drugs, you will not be accepted in this community.
